Mountain CAP Digital Equity Survey

Mountain Community Action Program, Inc. is taking part in a Digital Equity Survey sponsored by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). This survey will help determine how Virginia will use federal funds to make sure every Virginian has access to the internet and devices to use the internet. Who we are

The Virginia Community Action Partnership and the Virginia Office of Economic Opportunity works together to provide all Virginia Community Action Agencies with the training and technical assistance needed to be successful. We aim to provide training for all levels of staff at an agency and board members.
