Responding to the Shifting Landscape: Community Action Town Halls for Executive Directors and CEOs Only

Join NCAP for a conversation designed to provide current Community Action Executive Directors (EDs) and CEOs space to talk candidly about emerging issues, receive updates on relevant tools and resources, and learn about successful strategies from peers.

The Town Halls will enable NCAP to gain direct insight into the needs of local leaders, ensuring national support remains aligned with local priorities.

To ensure focused discussions, Town Hall sessions have been organized based on geographic location and agency size. However, CEO/ED leaders are welcome to attend any session that best suits their availability. Each session will be approximately 60 minutes. The following sessions are available:

4/15 - Community Action Town Halls for Executive Directors and CEOs Only: Small Community Action Agencies, 2pm
4/23 - Community Action Town Halls for Executive Directors and CEOs Only: Rural Community Action Agencies, 4pm
4/24 - Community Action Town Halls for Executive Directors and CEOs Only: Eastern US Community Action Agencies, 2pm

Who we are

The Virginia Community Action Partnership and the Virginia Office of Economic Opportunity works together to provide all Virginia Community Action Agencies with the training and technical assistance needed to be successful. We aim to provide training for all levels of staff at an agency and board members.
