ABOUT ABBY

Abby is the CSBG Program Manager with the Virginia Department of Social Services in the Office of Economic Opportunity. Abby provides grant management and technical assistance to the 31 Community Action Agencies in Virginia. She received her M.S. in Higher Education from the University of Rhode Island and her B.S. in Mass Communications from Towson University.

Who we are

The Virginia Community Action Partnership and the Virginia Office of Economic Opportunity works together to provide all Virginia Community Action Agencies with the training and technical assistance needed to be successful. We aim to provide training for all levels of staff at an agency and board members.
