This three-part series is designed to guide community action agencies in developing and applying a Local Theory of Change that aligns with evolving community needs in a constantly shifting landscape. Participants will gain a deep understanding of how to craft a theory of change that drives impactful, sustainable outcomes while fostering innovation and adaptability in times of crisis. Each session will provide actionable insights and strategies to help agencies navigate challenges, rethink traditional approaches, and build resilient community action programs.

ABOUT angel
Angel provides training and technical assistance to Virginia Community Action Agencies as part of the Community Services Block Grant program. With her expertise in community engagement and initiatives, she has successfully collaborated with various groups and organizations to support low to moderate-income families in their pursuit of self-sufficiency and sustainable living.

As an experienced educator, she encourages agencies to go beyond current policies and practices, embracing transformative processes that promote equitable change and foster opportunities for organizational learning and growth.
