
Bay Aging’s Leadership Institute 2.0, a dynamic six-month management
training program designed to empower and elevate leaders, recently wrapped with
17 employees graduating. Born out of staff feedback and designed to meet the
real-world demands of leadership, this intensive program combined six customized
in-person sessions with a rich blend of interactive learning—from role-playing
and case studies to guest speakers and Paycom video modules.
