The Arlington Dept. of Community Planning, Housing &
Development has announced several affordable housing events in the Arlington
region for the month of October. These events are open to the public but some may
require pre-registration so make sure to register early if you are interested
in attending.
October 17, 12-1pm
Affordable Housing Lunch and Learn - A Virtual Event - Topics Include: FY 2023 Affordable Housing Master Plan (AHMP) Annual Report; staff demonstration of the new interactive AHMP dashboard; Committed Affordable Housing (CAF) Resident Survey Report; and county staff and BUGATA sharing the results of a survey of more than 500 CAF residents related to their housing experiences.

Maintenance Workshop (Arlington Career Center, 816 S. Walter Reed Drive) –
This event will offer valuable information to Arlington residents regarding
home maintenance and basic repairs. Participants will gain essential basic
plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, and energy savings skills.

Affordable Housing Bus Tour (Bozman Government Center, 2100 Clarendon Boulevard, front plaza near the flagpole) - Take a look at new affordable developments and learn the story about how they were built.
