Virginia Community Action Agencies Featured in National Video

Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) is a national network of nonprofit partners with over 350 technical assistance providers across the country. They provides technical assistance and capacity building to all of its members.

RCAP has released a video celebrating 50 years of serving rural communities. SERCAP was quoted in the video and the video gives a nod to TAP as one of the founding members of SERCAP and RCAP. See this wonderful video below celebrating this amazing history of action!

Who we are

The Virginia Community Action Partnership and the Virginia Office of Economic Opportunity works together to provide all Virginia Community Action Agencies with the training and technical assistance needed to be successful. We aim to provide training for all levels of staff at an agency and board members.
