Health-related
social support is an emerging opportunity for CBOs is to provide health-related
social supports in partnership with health care organizations and other
community stakeholders. The Virginia CIHN Collaborative has developed
the Sustainable Strategies Program to help CBOs learn and implement
sustainable strategies for engaging in this vital work. There are three dates
left for free Sustainable Strategies sessions which will provide ideas for new
revenue raising models for community action agencies and their partners through
partnerships with the Health Care system. These sessions will be virtual for
your convenience, so sign up today!
