Tri County Community Action Releases Annual Report

Tri County Community has released their Annual Report for 2024. The agency served more than 31,000 individuals receiving one or more services. 93% of individuals receiving services avoided eviction. 424 individuals received additional utility assistance and more than 25,000 people were enrolled in OnTrack, a unique payment plan designed to help current PPL customers fit the pieces together.

The report also outlines key findings from the 2024 Community Needs Assessment. The results highlighted the pressing challenges faced by residents in Cumberland, Dauphin, and Perry Counties. This comprehensive evaluation, conducted through surveys and focus groups, offered critical insights into the barriers preventing individuals and families from achieving economic security and well-being.
