Bias in the Workplace

Learners will be introduced to a new concept of combining all the learning in the series to better understand the psychological aspects of bias. Being more culturally intelligent involves understanding yourself (awareness), being emotionally intelligent (understand yourself and others), and practicing inclusive and equitable leadership. This course is Part 6 of a 6-Part Series entitled Leadership 101: Foundational Principles.
