Inclusive Leadership, this training will discuss how to be an Inclusive Leadership, this training will discuss how to be an inclusive leader. Check the box programs are not enough for organizations to be inclusive. Leaders need to practice inclusive behaviors with respect to how they interact and engage with employees. This training module is designed to demonstrate how leaders can practice being inclusive in their respective roles by ensuring that everyone is given equal opportunity to work on projects and be promoted. Using inclusive language to eliminate barriers of employees feeling they don’t belong and feel valued.

The Virginia Community Action Partnership and the Virginia Office of Economic Opportunity works together to provide all Virginia Community Action Agencies with the training and technical assistance needed to be successful. We aim to provide training for all levels of staff at an agency and board members.
